Cutting Box Routing
The Cutting Box Routing S and Cutting Box Routing L are high quality robotised turnkey systems for three-dimensional machining of automotive interior panels and flexible plastic parts, utilising high speed routing.
A routing tool on a high frequency spindle guided by an ABB robot trims materials such as foam, plastics, fibre-reinforced plastics, fibreglass and reinforced composite materials.
The flip frame on the front side supports the two work-tables (on each side). The operator loads the part on the table outside whilst the robot cuts the part inside the cell. Fixation of part is by clamp or vacuum. A scrap conveyer removes the scrap particles automatically.
The loading area is protected with safety fences and a rolling door. The cycle is launched from the operator panel (touch screen is standard).
The Cutting Box Routing S comes with one robot as standard (two is available as an option) and the Cutting Box Routing L is equipped with one or two robots.
