KMT Robotic Solutions is making its in-house, quick-turn parts trimming and metal fabrication capabilities available to local manufacturers.

Molded and Formed Parts Manufacturers that have a need to trim a batch of prototype or low volume production parts with high quality at controlled cost can benefit from these local services. KMT is a key resource for many parts manufacturers already, providing them with the flexibility to provide quality parts while minimizing expense. This is especially critical in these times where cost control, quality and fast turn-around are so important.

KMT not only builds high quality robotic trimming system solutions for customers – KMT also has fabrication capabilities with capacity that can assist other machine and product builders as a source for fabricating sheet metal components, steel structures and application of PPG finished coatings.

KMT has a variety of equipment and the personnel available to process an assortment of materials – including steel, aluminum, composites, plastics and fabrics. From flat stock to complex 3-Dimensional shapes.
