Waterjet Cutting
Robotic Waterjet Cutting involves pressurizing water to high pressures and passing it through a small diameter nozzle to produce a jet. This jet travels at a very high speed of up to 900 m/sec with sufficient kinetic energy to cut a wide range of materials.
Router Trimming
Robotic Router Trimming is a fast and efficient material separation process that takes place when a drill bit or saw blade, attached to a high-speed routing spindle on the end of the robot, is driven into a formed part and moved through the material to be trimmed.
High-Pressure Cleaning
Robotic High-Pressure Cleaning is an efficient process that delivers the appropriate energy needed to 100% of the part to be cleaned. The Impingement Force energy delivered is used to separate the material to be removed from the base part to be cleaned, without damaging the part.
